About the event
JoAnn will speak on the Easter of her childhood in a traditional Christian family. Now that she’s mostly grown up, she has a different view of Easter. What do Unitarian Universalists believe about this holiday? What do you think about this topic? We should have time during our longer-than-normal refreshment break, for some small group discussions on whatever this service brings to mind.
Elaine will help direct the Easter egg hunt for the kids that we’ll have with our landlord church, the First Congregational Church.
Please bring Easter candy and non-edible child-friendly treats to share.
Talk to Elaine LeCain if you would like to be involved more directly.
For our longer-than-normal refreshment break, we already have some homemade cookies saved-in-the-freezer from your recent contributions (thanks!).
If a few people bring cake or fruit, we should have plenty of “finger food” choices for Easter Sunday.
